Pretty Perennials

 Well those of you in Western Australia at this time will appreciate how lovely it is to stay inside, in airconditioning and play with the new products from the Jan- June Mini Catalogue.  

We are "enjoing" a heat wave here in Perth this week, with the temperature already reaching 41 C today.

Unfortunately this also brings a high fire risk and we have bushfires raging in various parts of our state.

So now that the festive season is over, the Christmas Tree and decorations have been packed away ... 

I have retreated into my craftroom for some time with the products I received from preorder.

I always find preorder a bit tricky, knowing what to order and how I will use the various items.  

 I like to start with a particular set, suite or bundle, one at a time to make up samples for my workshops. 

 I am too easily distracted with too many products out in the beginning!!!

Anyway, my first play has been with the Pretty Perennials Bundle from page 31 of the Mini Catalogue.

I selected the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper (155222) for FREE and used these papers to compliment the Pretty Perennials Bundle.

All in all, I think I have had a pretty productive afternoon and look forward to spendng more time with the Pretty Perennials, but for now I must move on....to, I think the Ice Cream Corner!!
